Love it. Quiet enough to ignore from 20' away. During our recent 2 day outage, it just kept chugging away. Kenmore fridge + fan + computer + lamp. No problem. 8000 btu window air conditioner? A bit more of a challenge, would hack it in low speed with Econ mode off. more

I just got my Honda EU2000 from this Co. I must have spent 15 hrs. researching which generator model I needed. I poked around their website then eventually called them and talked to a lady named Sharon, she was great! She took my order quickly...3 minutes later I was off the phone. Since I'm in the same state I paid the sales tax plus the $879 and it was still below any other price I got (probably due to the free shipping). Anyways, I got my generator FedEx today...after 2 days...I'm happy more

I ordered a snow blower on Wednesday, not thinking it would arrive until 2 weeks after our predicted blizzard. It showed up Friday just as it started snowing and I was able to use it for the 2 feet of snow we got. I can't tell you how happy I was to actually have it in time for the snow. I'm extremely happy with Wise Sales and have already referred one person to them and will do the same for anyone else looking for the products they sell. What amazing customer service. I asked if they could ship it ASAP, and sure enough, they did. Bravo! more

worst customer service ever 2/11/2012

if you are going to purchase online, get the name of everyone you speak to and when, the employees here have conflicting stories when it comes to what has been shipped and what they have in stock. talk to the owner ed to resolve problems otherwise , you may get jerked around more
