UPDATE----Well, now Mr. Wise Can Not legally work on your home to perform any job costing more than $2000. He had his License REVOKED last week retroactive to September 2012!! This was due to numerous complaints and for writing an insufficient funds check for his license. This information came directly from the AR Contractor's Licensing Board and was used with their permission. more

On April 17, 2013 Grant Wise was hired to do construction work/repairs to our home. He was given a deposit check (which he cashed) to purchase materials. Over the next TWO months the only time we spoke with Grant was when WE initiated the communication. He always had an excuse for why work had not started. We then informed Grant that we no longer needed his services and requested that our money be returned. He stated that he would take care of it. As of today, July19, the only things that we have received from Grant are more excuses. We still have not received our money. I thought going on a reference from a friend was good enough. Had I done research prior to hiring Wise Custom Inc. I would have known that his business is not a member of the Better Business Bureau even though he advertises that he is. I would have also known that he is not a member of the NW Arkansas Home Builder's Association, even though he advertises that he is. So, whereas I can not comment on the quality of his work because he never did any, I can comment on the quality of his character. Would you want this man working on your home? more

What can I say other than I had a perfect experience with this company. They worked while I was at work so there was not even a headache from the noise. My unemployed neighbor probably didn't care for it but hey they got the job done and I recommend them. more
