We left the NJ Turnpike at exit 7 on Friday night in search of a decent dinner, and quickly found the Wisdom Diner (located about one mile west [or north, according to the signs] of the exit). My vegetarian lasagna was delicious, although I thought the portion was rather small and it also didn't come with anything. My husband's pan-fried scrod was also delicious and it came with a choice of potato & a side. My bread pudding and his apple pie were a real treat. Our server was very pleasant & friendly and he also had a great sense of humor. The busboy was very sweet, too. We ended up going back there on Sunday night, on the way home. My sweet potato pancakes were terrific, filling & well--priced and my husband's tuna melt sandwich was also delicious. Our server was very friendly and the same sweet busboy was there.
Pros: Delicious food and terrific service
