Great place to go for a few hours or the whole thing. I am planning on going this year. I go every year. eat a cream puff while you are there. more

Everyone has a blast! 10/26/2005

I live near the State Fair grounds on the South side so sometimes during the summer the traffic flow in and out can be annoying (or finding a parking spot for that matter) but the state fair is always a great time to share with friends and family. Everyone from out of state that I've ever taken has enjoyed themselves tremendously, one couple even started coming every year and making a vacation out of it. Certainly a lot of fun for long summer days! more

A fun time in the summer! 10/24/2005

Wisconsin State fair park hosts one of the better state fairs that I've ever seen. It's always a lot of fun from the animals to the entertainment. It's a great place to take your family or a date. One warning, the later it gets the rowdier the crowd gets so you may want to consider heading home around dark if that isn't your scene. Other than that have fun and enjoy your cream puff. more

If you've never been to State Fair, you must go. From pig races to foods on a stick to shows, everything is a must see. Lots of animals to show the kids as well as amusement rides. Kids will definitely enjoy a day at the fair. And don't forget to get some cream puffs to take home! more

Mmm..Cream Puffs! 7/25/2005

Prices are still reasonable, and the fair grounds are less crowded than Summerfest, although, the music is just as good. This year they have some pretty good country and rock acts coming in. The new remodeling of the park is nice, and there are also a lot of different vendors that you can visit. You've got to get a cream puff if you're into that..don't eat one if you're on a diet! The pig races are always fun and the flea market building is always packed with deals. The rides are also fun, be sure to check them out! So many animals for the kids to see! more

Don't miss out on this year's state fair. IT's August 5th through the 15th! (2005). Adult tickets are $8 each for regular admission. Fun and games, tons of rides..and dont forget the great food. The state fair is known for it's CREAM PUFFS! Lots of companies come out and set up with their wares and offer demonstrations and even free samples. Dont miss out! See you at the fair! more
