Wisconsin Granite Depot

My experience with Wisconsin Granite Depot was spectacular. I looked everywhere in southern Milwaukee for a company that would demolish, fabricate and install custom granite and cabinets in my home but I couldn't find anyone who provided all three services until I stumbled upon Wisconsin Granite Depot. The designers provided me creative insight that really helped bring my kitchen to life. I want to personally thank Paul and his team for such a wonderful service! more

In spite of the long work day, they were 100% committed to doing a quality job. They took the time needed to do it right. I was also quite pleased that Koetzel, (sorry about the spelling), was able to eliminate the seam in the corner piece. That was a pleasant surprise that will last a lifetime. We had quite a few problems with wi granite depot. 2 no show appointments and our selection was not marked or set aside for us. We did not get what we selected. :( unacceptable customer service. more

After visiting the Wisconsin Granite Depot showroom and seeing the large selection of unique granite colors, my husband and I knew that we would be satisfied with the outcome. All of our questions and concerns were answered concerning the quality of materials, workmanship,the attention to detail that would be given to our project, and the professionalism of the employees. We were involved with every aspect of this renovation and we could not have chosen a finer company to entrust our home to. Our kitchen now has a more European style feel with the stone complimenting our new light fixtures and the rest of the decor. We did not have a good experience here. They missed appointments when we had taken off work with no call no apology or explanation. They did not mark our selection and had to ask 2 weeks later what they were cutting. Not good service especially considering the price we paid more

I would not recommend this company for granite. The owner did not follow through with our agreement to silicone the gaps and a repair that was done looks terrible. more
