There is such a wide variety of cheese here, as well as cheese and sausage platters that you can purchase. There is also a cheese and beer bar attached to it that only serves Wisconsin beer. I love this place and its not well known yet, so it is still relatively quiet and you get lots of individualized attention from the servers. more

Awesome Cheese Selection 4/7/2008

I do not know the United States made so many cheeses, let alone from Wisconsin. Half of the cheeses I have never heard of. I tried alot of cheeses at the cheese counter. My favorite was the 5 year cheddar. Although I was kind of partial to the 11 year old cheddar. A great stop if you want try a lot of different Wisconsin Cheeses. more
