Wireless Warehouse 12/26/2007

All i have to say is ""amazing service""!!!!! Since under new management, the store quality has definatly earned 5 stars! i bought a cell phone and service through them, and everything was completed with honesty and confidence. Those corperate stores are all about money and will tell the customer anything he/she wants to hear, but the local owned Wireless Warehouse store is about customer service and returning customers. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone!!! 5 stars from me!! Pros: Great Customer Service and Prices more

service is great 11/27/2007

I have been using this company for the last 4 yrs and I have found them to be fare with there info and the price which they give on there equipment I obtained web access throught them and have not had any trouble with them I would recommend them anytime Thank You Spencer Pros: They are friendly Cons: little hard to get into but once there its all good more

Caveat Emptor: Buyer Beware of Wireless Warehouse 5/13/2007

I was lied to by a representative at Wireless Warehouse in order for him to receive my business. I was promised coverage in Agate Bay, CA but received broken and inconsistent data streams. If you are in the market for anything wireless I wouldn't trust this dealer, in my experience I paid for a lot of trouble and wouldn't have signed up if I really knew he was pulling the wool over my eyes. Just my 2 cents. more
