I was promised a new ""NON-RETURN UNIT WITHIN 4 DAYS !!!"". 32 DAYS LATER, the new stock FINALLY ARRIVED. THIS ONE WAS TO REPLACE THE FIRST ONE THEY SAID THEY HAD, ""IN MY HAND ON HOLD FOR YOU"", The FIRST TIME ???.The replacement arrived LATE !!. THEY CHARGED $ 225.00 ABOVE MY ""FREE UPGRADE"". AS A 4 YEAR CLIENT OF SPRINT WITH AN ""EXCELLENT RECORD"". THE EXCUSE, WAS THE RESTOCK DELAY THEY CREATED, A CUSTOMER CAN'T CONTROL THAT.
