Terrible Service, the guy who came to my house was rude and very unprofessional. He was insulting me in my own home! Until he found out my husband was in the service and overseas, then he had a little bit of respect towards me. then come to find out after he left, he had broken my tv wall mount in a spare room. I call the company and got nothing out of it, ALL I ASKED FOR WAS $30 TO COVER A NEW MOUNT THAT THEY BROKE! They even tried sending the creap who did it back to see if he could fix it. DON'T CALL THE WIRE GUYS! more

Best Service Ive Seen In A Long Time. 1/11/2010

I tried everyone in the book, looking for help with the TV wiring in my aging home. The previous owner really had made a mess of things. These ""WIREGUYS"" came in and sorted out my problems and fixed me up great. The installer was freindly and very knowledgeable. Definately 5 star service, in my book. Pros: Very Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff Cons: Now Im stuck in front of the TV and cant get anything done!! more

Very Helpful and Professional 12/1/2009

I hired these guys to hang a tv and hookup my surround sound. They concealed all the wiring and did a great job explaining my equipment to me. I couldn't more pleased with the results. Thank You Wireguys!!! Pros: Clean, Patient , Professional group of individuals Cons: None, I had a great experience with them. more

Poor Customer Service 9/29/2009

Tried to hire these guys to do an install for me, but they didnt even call to schedule the appointment after taking my info. Very disappointing; poor customer service in my book. Cons: dont call back, no shows more
