Wintersport Ski Bike & Board

Spent alot of time online this summer researching which snowboard and bindings I wanted to purchase this season; Found the match that I wanted and the stores online either had the bindings and the boots or the boots and the board but to put together the package I wanted I was going to have to buy from 2 different stores. Stopped in at Wintersports, just killin time and low and behold - not only did they have the entire package ALL 3 Pieces but they were the same price as these jipo companies online and the staff was incredible.. I have been shopping here for alpine skis related equipments for about 4 years, never had a bad experience. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, excellent follow up services especially with skis and ski boots. more

Wintersport is seriously the WORST establishment I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. They sold me a bike that was basically run through a chop shop before it even got out the door and of course I paid full price for it. When I realized most of the parts were swapped out for cheap substitutes they acted like I was the one inconveniencing them when I asked them to replace what was wrong. One outstandingly bad employee even told me I needed to bring my own tools if I wanted them to adjust my bike (which they messed up in the first place) after I drove over 90 miles for the third time in a week trying to get them to correct their mistakes. In short: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE YOU WILL REGRET IT Cons: literally the worst establishment ever more

Well I went in there with my old bike so I found a new bike that I liked. They were very nice and so thats where we bought my new 2008 Jamis Trail X 2.0 bike from. They are very friendly in there and the have the best of the best when it comes to bikes. They are the best bike shop in spokane. They stand by there products and they help you out with out trouble. more
