Honest and trustworthy 3/31/2014

We took our vehicle to Winter's on a recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed with work. Winters was able to diagnose and more importantly prioritize the work needed. When an unforseen problem came up, they commuinicated with us and got all the problems solved. more

service provided - oil change- they didn't use all the oil provided, (provided a 5qt jug) so I filled the engine up when I got home, didn't top off washer fluids. Most of the time, they are Aces, just this time was so so more

I buy tires from Winters; they are cheaper by about 8 bucks per tire, than anyone else. They do good work, they are easy to work with, they charge a fair price; they catch me when I fall off my chair after they quote me a price :-) more

Picked up car late on Saturday afternoon when all other places I called were closed for the weekend. 8/29/2013

The only discrepancy we had was with the bill. We understood the amount we were given over the phone included all charges, but when we picked up car the towing amount was added to the amount we thought was the total. Still, work was done in a timely manner and we were pleased with all other aspects of their service. more

Two Ford dealers have never been able to find and fix a high, shrill whistling noise. Ryan heard the noise and had it fixed in a few hours. more
