I hired Winner after finding them on Service Magic, thinking Service Magic screened all vendors. The estimator and office staff seemed competent and the price was right, so I hired them.
The technicians were supposed to be there at 9:30am. They called me at 9:45am to let me know they were getting parts and would be over soon. The job was to be completed that day. It was not. We were left with no lights in 2 out of 3 rooms in our upstairs. We live in an old home with steep stairs. Not having a light made it quite dangerous to carry our 8 month old to bed to her room upstairs, which did not have lights.
When they didn't finish on time on a Monday, they wanted to schedule to finish the work on Thursday. After some complaining, I got an appt Wed. After the work was "completed" on Wed, I found that the electrical outlets in one room didn't work. Turns out the electricians forgot to "hook up" the power to that room.
Also, there was damage done to the door, wall, and floor in our bathroom. No one told us this. I luckily found it before the work was done. They did a poor job of patching the damage, but I was done dealing with them at this point.
The price was right, but the hassle and time I spent on the phone trying to get this job done was not worth it. I would not recommend Winner Electric and will not use them again.
