I would give less stars if it were possible. After THEY broke my cup holder during a previous visit, they now want to charge me to repair it. I took my car in, told them the heater on front seat didn't work and the rear door mechanism that slid the door open and shut wasn't functioning. I also mentioned they told me I needed a new fuel pump when I had it in the previous year (remember the broken cup holder), and now it sometimes was hard to start. They called me back three hours later and told me the heater on the front seat didn't work (to repair: over $300.00) and the rear door sliding mechanism was burnt out (to repair: over $700.00). They told me they could not duplicate the fuel pump issue. I said fine, skip the door and seat repair, and fix the cup holder on your dime, you broke it. Cost to have them verify what I told them?????He wouldn't give me a straight answer on the phone, but said I would charged several hours labor. So that's several hundred dollars, I asked. YES, he said.\r
All that time and money, and hopefully, when I get there, the several hundred cup holder will be restored to it's prime, before they got their hands on it. and thank God I told them what the problem was before they discovered what the problem was. Can you imagine the bill if I hadn't?
