I got a Groupon for them knowing I would have to get my carpets cleaned upon moving out and although it was a pain in the butt to get the hose and everything to reach my apartment in the back of a house Bryan and Rob were so helpful and nice about the situation!! I call Bryan after a friend of mine got stood up by a carpet cleaner, to come out to take care of a pet stained carpet. Not only did he ask if he should come because the first guy may still be on his way, he said not to worry that it was a last minute call!! Rob came on time, asked lots of questions about the kind of pet did the offence, then he walked me through the process of how the carpets will be cleaned. Rob also explain the difference between Winkel Carpet pet stain & oder removal system, and the competition's. (cooll process to watch!) AND how to help it dry quickly. I have never been so educated on the process of carpet cleaning. I've had many carpets cleaned in my life and not one ever said to me ""come look at how its working.""
