I have to say that the service at Wink was fantastic! I visited another shop to find a pair of new eyeglass frames and was completely ignored. I ended up finding Wink Optical online and was so impressed by their selection and customer service. I picked out some really cool frames that I can't wait to pick up. I'll be back for some new sunglasses soon! If you are looking for unique brands and people that know what they are doing this is the place for you. more

I have been to what seems like every optical shop in Boulder and let me tell you Wink Optical knows what they are doing. I was impressed that they asked me questions about how I was going to be using my new eye glasses. They found frames that fit my face and made sure that my prescription was going to work in the frame I chose. They made the whole experience so much less stressful than I remember it being in the past. When I picked up my new eyeglasses Anthony made sure they were adjusted on my face perfectly. This place is great. I found out about Wink Optical from a friend at work. I really liked his eyeglasses and thought I would see what Wink had to offer plus I was really needing some new contact lenses. I had an eye exam with Dr. Erley. She was very helpful explaining what was happening with my eyes and how I needed to fix the problems I was having with my contact lenses.\r I also ordered some new eyeglasses to give my eyes a break from wearing my contacts so much. I usually don't like to wear my eyeglasses because I don't like my eyeglasses. I found a few pairs of frames I actually liked and had a hard time deciding which one I liked the best. Once I picked up my new eyeglasses I was really surprised how well I saw through them and shocked to see how thin they looked. The camera optics Anthony talked about made a difference after all. My eyes are feeling better now that I am not abusing my contacts anymore and I find that I wear my eyeglasses a couple of day a week. That NEVE more

I stopped in to check out Wink Optical since word on the street is they have the best eyewear selection in town. I was curious to see if this was really true. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place for me. Not only are the people who work here friendly, they were actually having a good time. Even though they were busy they were great about taking time to help me find a frame I LOVED. This is my first pair of glasses and a bifocal to boot so I was a little worried about how they were going to work and look for that matter. Anthony was really good about explaining what to expect using a bifocal for the first time. I ordered them and picked them up about a week ago. It took a few days to get used to them but now I am adjusted to them and boy can I see great!! \r \r I am starting to get some fantastic compliments on my new eyeglasses which makes me more confident to wear them.\r \r Thanks Wink! more

Great selection and excellent service but VERY EXPENSIVE! I bought my frames here because they were the best I'd found at the time. But they were also the most expensive for both frames and lens. However, they have have given me\r \r Fast forward 2 years and it's time for new lenses due to a prescription change. Again I'm shopping around and have found they are again the most expensive shop. They tried to sell me on lens that have everything I want included, but they are virtually the same lens as another shop that charges 20% less for the same thing. Also, I noticed they have fewer frames to choose from now. I'm still shopping around. more

I needed a quick visit with an eye doctor and discovered Wink through a co-worker. I am very impressed with Wink's ability to accommodate my needs in every way. The staff is very professional and personable and the level of expertise made me feel at ease, as though I had made the right choice. When I called to set up an appointment, it was quick and easy and even with the high level of expertise, the staff accommodated my every need. WIth this level of service you might expect to pay extra, but the rates were extremely reasonable. I would suggest Wink to anyone! Thank you, Wink. more

In my mid-50's it was time to get some great-looking frames and not just perfunctory glasses. After checking out a few of the chains I stumbled on Wink after a meal of The Cork. From the moment I walked in I knew this was going to be my eyeglass store. The shop is beautiful, but not crammed with frames and totally overwhelming like I found at Aspen. The staff was engaing and helpful, but didn't hover. Dr. Liz gave me a great exam that was really kind of fun with all the cool, high-tech, digital gear she used. When it came to finding the frames I needed, the store staff was so skilled at helping me narrow down the selection to a few great options. They looked so good on me I got two pairs. I have NEVER received compliments on my glasses until now. I regularly get complimented on my look. Of course I refer these people to Wink, which is why I decided to write this review. I enjoyed choosing a great frame at Wink Optical because their selection is unusual and stylish. I felt that Dr. Erley really cared about my difficult vision problems and wanted me to be able to see well at all distances. She nailed my R/X perfectly the first time while two other shops could not give me good vision with two tries! I am a Dr. Erley fan forever! This is a first class professional office. Dr. Erley is very thorough, knowledgable and pleasant. She takes the time to answer all questions. The equipment is top of the line with up to date technology. The entire staff demonstrates special interest in each patient. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this professional practice. more
