I went there anyways, and the fat guy wasn't there! I asked the other person working there and he said that the fat guy doesn't work there anymore. They have nice customer service, so this place is definitely GOOD to go to!\r more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-NEVER GO TO! 8/20/2008

I opened my phone here and the people were so rude especially this fat guy who thinks he is all that just because he knows alot about phone, He acts all disinterested and further more he belittles you just because he knows a lot about phones. The people here does not know anything about customer service. I DO NOT RECOMEND going. Go to an American place, at least they know what is customer service. I am chinese myself so I cant say I am prejudice. CHINESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW what is customer service. Furthermore they are very grimey. They try to trick you of your money. Pros: easy T access Cons: EVEYRTHING ELSE IS BAD SATY AWAY more
