I have been going to Dr. Winfree for years and have recommended him to friends and family alike. Everyone I have sent to him has come back happy. He is a very gentle dentist and his staff are fantastic! Olivia, at the reception desk, is an absolute angel. I am terrified of going to the dentist but I would go to see Dr. Winfree any day of the week. I have yet to actually feel him giving me a novocaine injection - he is just that good! Dr. Winfree and his staff of professionals have provided my family with the highest quality of dental care and customer service I have ever experienced, and we have been to numerous others. When arriving for appointments I am always greeted with a smile and enjoy having a brief discussion regarding our families and lives since the last visit. I find myself sitting in the dental chair only minutes after arriving and I always feel very comfortable during my visits since any questions or concerns I may have are thoroughly addressed. The quality of work is not only outstanding but also fairly priced and you wouldn?t believe how times that both family and friends have complimented me on my new smile. This had to be the worst experience of my life. When I first made the appointment, everyone was nice as could be. When I was in the office it was another story. The staff was very rude and the dentist must have been having a bad day. They told me that ""my insurance plan sucks"" and ""I shouldn't make a second appointment at all if it's not going to be within the next 2 weeks."" If you go here, GOOD LUCK!
