Wedding on 6/24/07 service staff inattentive. Unable to get beverages at table as promised. Not enough staff to cover the event.Guests were charged for non alcohlic beverages which the restaurant denies even though a per person charge for non alcohlic beverages had been paid. Buffet not refilled or monitored frequently enough to keep up with demand.No one bussed tables and No clean plates were available for refills at buffet until staff was directed to supply them by the mother of the groom. This was not my job. I addressed this with the wait staff and the assistant manager. No cake plate available for cake cutting of bride and groom we grabbed a bread plate from the grooms parents table. No coffee cups or creamers were available at the time the cake was served. The champagne was being given out while the bridal party was taking pictures instead of the time of the toast which means alot of guests did not get anything to toast with. We met with the owner who said he could not believe that this occurred and we would have to confront his staff which we did do. Pros: nice location, good food, Cons: poor service more

Windows on the Bay is a hidden treasure. We first went there to consider it as a possible wedding location, because the price was so reasonable. We fell in love with it all! The food was incredible, especially the crab cakes and cream of crab soup. Everthing else is great too. We had the most beautiful wedding there, right ont he bay. and our guests are still raving about the dinner. more

THE WINDOWS SIGNATURE BURGER IS TOO PRETTY TO EAT! THE PRESENTATION IS PERFECT AND THE QUALITY IS SECOND TO NONE. ALSO THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW RESTAURANTS THAT I WILL ORDER FRESH FISH. THE QUALITY IS VERY HIGH. THE RESTAURANT IS LOCATED AT A MARINA SO DRESS VARIES, THERE IS LIVE MUSIC MOST NIGHTS AND THE PRICES ARE IN LINE WITH OTHER RESTAURANTS WITH SIMILAR MENUE ITEMS. Over-rated! The prices are large but the portions are small. Been there several times but won't go back again. Cons: high prices, small portions more
