I've gone there a couple of times for repair parts. They were very friendly and helpful even though they weren't making any significant profit from me. They have parts for most any window treatment you might have. Pros: Knowledgeable more

WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE 12/7/2006

WAS TOLD ABOUT COMPANY FROM SISTER IN LAW (SHE TOLD ME IF I DID NOT USE THEM SHE WOULD NEVER TALK TO ME AGAIN) AND I SURE AM GLAD I USED THEM. THEY WERE PROMPT, HONEST (GOT OTHER QUOTES OF COURSE AND ALTHOUGH NOT BEING CHEAPEST, THEY WERE THE MOST KNOWLEDGABLE!) more
