Window Nation

I have been researching for new windows and have found several people that have used this Company for windows in their home. Problems with both home owners are air blowing thru most of the newly installed windows, cannot open more than half of the windows without having to use severe strength! These are people age 60 and up. I will not use, nor recommend this company since my information comes from family and close friends. Window Nation set high expectations; however, they delivered disappointing results. Management would be well advised to evaluated their sales, installation and customer service process. We were sold windows, not customer service. more

The office manager in Lorton was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The quality of windows seem to be good and I have noticed a difference in the house already. I did experience a small problem but the general manager made it right in a timely manner. I would deffinitely recommend Window Nation. more

The salesman should know the product by hart. Not the case here. An unprofessional manager lacking an understanding of appropriate behavior. Be on the lookout for sleazy car dealer tactics. Check BBB rating and complaints in advance. Thank me later. more

3 of my neighbors in our complex had bought windows from Window Nation hence why i called them for a quote. My wife and i ended up getting 4 quotes and choose Window Nation because of their reputation, great referrals and their price was fair and in our budget. They didnt pressure us to make any decisions, unlike 2 other companies, and they were able to extend a price valid for 60 days so we were able to get our loan in place. Took about 4 weeks to get our new windows in and a day to do the install. Everything turned out great! more

I had been looking for windows to replace the builder grade windows my house came with. After collecting notes and doing my homework on the web, I had a fairly good idea of what I was looking for. I called Window Nation afterreading about them online. My rep was prompt, courteous, and really tookmthe time to listen to what I wanted. I selected a window that I my rep helped me pick out to match my home. Three weeks later, new windows were installed by the nicest, most professional crew that has ever worked on anything in my home. Not only has my PEPCO bill been lowered, but now I can open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. Already I am thinking about having Window Nation out to help me select siding for my house to replace the old faded aluminum on my house more

I just made my 6th recommendation to give Window Nation a shot. I'm 5 for 5 with my friend who purchase. Its easy, I show my BGE bill, which shows last month and last year consumption, walk around the house seeing how nice they look, bring them into the house to touch and feel. Done! Unfortunately, I'm running out of friends in my bunko group to recommend. Time for new friends I guess. more

Like inviting a vampire into your home-- you can't make them leave once you've let them in. Guy refused to take his samples & go until I called my husband about purchase even though a-I am sole home owner, b-we would NEVER purchase w/o sleeping on decision. Felt intimidated/desperate to get guy out of home, so made the call. When I said we needed to run numbers and would call next day, he got angry and said I'd wasted his time. As if a free estimate is supposed to be a guaranteed sale. No savvy consumer makes a major purchase w/o getting a few estimates and checking referrals; but Window Nation does not want you to be savvy. They just want to trap you into signing on the dotted line before you have a chance to think. Blech. If their product was legit, wouldnt need these unethical sales techniques. more

We purchased 10 windows and 2 sliders from Window Nation. The price was reasonable compared to other companies, but what was best was the installation. They knocked out the installation of all windows and sliders in a day. Would recommend to anyone. more

I interviewed six window companies and finally made the decision to purchase 12 Magnum double hung windows from Window Nation because of the price, quality and up front presentation by Will. Just had them installed and they look great. Installers were on time and very profrofessional. The installation was complete in one day too! Great job!
