I am very impressed with this company and its employees. The telephone estimate was expedient and fair. I was even able to use a coupon from the Flyer. woo hoo! The guy who came out to do the work was timely, professional and sooooo courteous. What a pleasure. At no point did I feel pressured or "sold." It was more of a customer service experience. The best part is that they saved me hundreds of dollars. I had been given an estimate by another company to replace my "damaged" gutters and when the Window Gang came out and cleaned them, there was no need for repairs. Turns out they were just dirty. He even let me know about the condition of my roof, for just in case. They should leave a sign on people's yards in an exchange for a discount - just an idea.... (just got my windows cleaned by OR just had my gutters cleaned by.....) Will definitely reccomend! more

Window Gang Miami Dade/Broward did two sections of windows for us on a high-rise condo (the balcony floors). I can't give a five because they had to cancel a few times due to wind and weather -- which is okay -- but they didn't do well communicating with us on when they would be out to do the work.
