NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! 7/24/2011

NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! This was the worst experience ever! I picked up my dog and she smelled like poop, her blanket was covered in urine, and her paw was bleeding profusely! They cut her nail too short and didn't even notice! I got blood all over my car and pants, took the dog back and complained, and the worker didn't even apologize! AND they charge for Sunday night even if you pick your dog up on Sunday! I found that out after I paid $80 for this experience! Read yahoo local reviews for other similar reviews! I can't believe this place is in business!!!!!! more

  • We are on of the very few kennels in the Madison area that has individual indoor, heated and air conditioned exercise pens protected from inclement weather, attached to the pet's private kennel. Your dog will NOT be cooped up in a small pen all day waiting for someone to walk him when it is convenient for them, two or maybe three times a day. Your dog can get outside however, if you would like?simply request a playtime! They can be done outdoors or in our large indoor training facility when the weather isn?t cooperative.
