In 1977, he formed a public accounting firm and remained in public practice with an emphasis on individual, corporate and estate taxation until enrolling in law school in 1993. Mano still maintains his membership status in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of CPAs. After passing the Bar in 1996, Mano initiated a general practice which has progressively become focused on estate planning (and related probate and administration), taxation, nonprofit organizations and business matters. Professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers' Association and the Christian Legal Society.
