First, I would like to state that if you go to any repair facility, there is charge for diagnostics. Second, the items quoted were only recommendations based upon the inspection of your vehicle. They give you an idea of the health of your vehicle. It is your prerogative whether you would like the repairs done. more

No customer service....none. 12/20/2010

Well they fixed my car. Absolutely no customer service. At all! I sat there for an hour because the owner was "on a run" before even being asked what I was there for. They will charge you for everything... if there was a pop the hood fee it would have been on my bill. I took AAA's recommendation....bad idea. more

Excellent and Reliable Service 1/18/2010

These guys are awesome! My parents and I have been going to them for years and they have been reliable, will try their best to fit you in as soon as possible, don't mind working late, provide rides, and are honest and up front. more
