Service work performed in a timely manner 2/10/2014

My first time at having a major 60K service done in town, rather than the dealership in Bellevue where I bought my vehicle. It appears that their technicians performed all the checks and services required in that service and did it in a timely manner. more

First & Last make a difference 2/10/2014

Everything was wonderful with our recent oil change/service....until the last. After leaving we noticed a large oily hand print on the rear edge of the drivers door. It was too cold for a car wash or perhaps someone there would have noticed and fixed this. But it should not happen. It makes me wonder where else is there oil? more
