Not Just Your Usual Oil Change 5/27/2014

I love the new location -- clean and organized down to the last detail. My service advisor was prompt and courteous. My only complaint was audio overload. While waiting for my car, not only was there a big screen TV on (volume was acceptable), but the Muzak was to loud and with the sales staff added to the mix it did get a bit loud. more

Sasha is absolutely incredible at her area of responsibility in the Service Department. We have a '13 SF and use WCH for service and Sasha has been a pleasure to work with! We also purchased an Elentra at WCH and had a great experience. more

Good vehicle but bad dealership location 4/30/2014

I like the Hyundai product, the new location of the dealership is horrible. Based on the safety issue of getting in and out of the dealership I would not recommend this dealership to a friend. more

I have been a customer of Wilson County Hyundai since 2008. I am in my second Sonata purchased from this dealer and I couldn't be happier. The sales staff was very thorough, low pressure, and easy to work with through both purchases. The service department is absolutely the best! The service manager, Randy Jackson, goes above and beyond in making sure that my service needs are met in a timely and affordable way, as does the service adviser, Sasha Bennett!. All of my service visits have been completed in a very timely fashion and everything was always explained very clearly and thoroughly. I am a completely satisfied and loyal customer! more
