As an Alera Group Company, Wilson Albers is more than a local firm with local resources. We’re backed by the power of more than 120+ locations across the United States, with industry-leading experts and the resources you would expect of a national firm. As an employer services firm we specialize in Employee Benefits, Human Resources, Retirement Plans and Property & Casualty. We have been supporting Alaska employers for over 55 years. Managing Partner, Lon Wilson, has been leading the company since 1995 and under his leadership, the company has continued to grow and expand our service offerings to ensure we remain competitive and responsive to the needs of our clients. Connect HR, focused on providing strategic hands-on human resources support, was launched in 2015 to round out our employer services capabilities; and later that year, through a merger with Albers & Company (Tacoma, WA), we expanded our capabilities and ability to serve our clients in the Northwest. Albers and Company, co-founded by Steve Albers in 1985, was similarly client centric with a compatible culture and shared values. Our commitment to remaining independent and focused on serving our clients and communities in which we live, and work led to our merger with Alera Group in February of 2018. As an Alera Group firm, we’re able to offer the resources, technical expertise and best practices of a large national firm, while maintaining our personalized, local relationships. The innovative culture of Alera Group allows us to collaborate with national partners to expertly meet your unique needs. Our national size gives us the buying strength to keep costs low for our clients. We pair that with our powerful local relationships, built on years of doing what is right for our clients and communities. Our mission remains the same, to empower people to lead a life of significance, in everything we do. We aim to exemplify the spirit of the service industry in every aspect of our conduct. We prioritize service to our customers, to our communities, to our organization and to each other.
