The guys were quiet neat and efficient, and completed work in a timely manner. They were not sure of freon level and will have to get that rechecked when there is hotter weather. They did not leave drain stopper as requested but after a call from me they returned with it. Overall a satisfactory job more

Called Wilsons after we discovered the roof wasnt the reason my ceiling flooded and came crashing down on the kitchen table, messy, Wilson cleared the drain and installed a ceiling saver kit and gave us a number for a great ceiling repair guy. So next time we get back from a vacation we wont be welcomed with a messy dining room! more

SCAM ALERT!!!! THIS COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A FEMALE HOME OWNER ON A 104 DEGREE DAY. I had a technician come to my home because the air was not as cold as it was the summer before. A technician came out to the house and told me I needed a new coil which would run me $2200-$2300...WITHOUT EVER EVEN LOOKING AT THE COIL! I called another company to get a 2nd opinion. The new company came out a few hours later and actually opened the a/c unit (Wilson Co. did not) and saw the coil was in GREAT condition and did NOT need to be replaced...that I just needed some refrigerant put in the unit. A $189 fix, including labor. I called Wilson Company to tell them what I had learned. The owner (or so he said he was) proceeded to tell me HE would have tried to sell me an inside unit AND and outside unit...that the technician did not try to scare me enough. THESE WERE HIS EXACT WORDS! I'M NOT JOKING!! And then refused to refund my money. If you want to be ripped off, this is your company...I feel really bad for all the people that Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning took advantage of, and don't even realize it. BUYER BEWARE!!! more
