I have had a problem every single time I have had an appointment. Whether it is over-booking or them calling me less than an hour before my appointment to reschedule it has always been something. I made appointments 3 months in advance only to show up today and have them try to bump me because the hygienist wasn't available. They said I would have to wait around as much as the whole day and they would try to work me in, even though I had the first appointment. I informed them I was no longer a patient. more

Dr. Wilmore and her staff are always so gracious and professional. Nancy is very understanding when I need to reschedule and is always so kind. The entire staff cares about their patients and it truly shows through their dedication and work. more

Unfortunately, unlike the other reviewers, I cannot at all speak to a remotely respectful,dignified, nor professional treatment at Dr. Wilmore's office, and, in fact, was never even able to see Dr. Wilmore, despite several attempts to do so. Dr. Wilmore can credit her absolute vicious HAG of a receptionist/scheduler at the front desk for such. (I should have taken heed of her behavior on my first visit to the office, at which time she was engaged in disrespectful verbal tirades over the phone with some poor sod). \r \r I first approached Dr. Wilmore for a teeth cleaning and whitening special purchased through Living Social. This appointment was re-scheduled and I later received a confirmation email indicating an appointment date two months from the original voucher purchase date. The appointment time clearly indicated 1 p.m. on the given date and I confirmed via email that I would be there. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was at 12 noon. I pulled up the email on my phone and verified that the email clearly noted the appointment time of 1 p.m. Despite the office staff's error, I was again relegated to an appointment date another month later. As that time conflicted with my work schedule, I called, left a message, and tried to re-schedule, indicating that the previous scheduling error had, in fact, been due to their staff. No one from Dr. Wilmore's office bothered returning the call. When I called again about the matter, I was told by the BLOODY HAG answering the phone that they would not re-schedule the appointment, after LYING about her previous scheduling error and saying that she had verbally indicated 12 noon rather than 1 (there was absolutely no written documentation of such and I immediately noted it in my phone calendar when it was set for 1 p.m.....in addition to receiving an email reminder to that effect). When I then asked for a refund, realizing that I would never be treated with basic common human dignity at this office, the WITCH said that I could contact Living Social to secure the refund and proceeded to HANG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD RESPOND!!! I called back and clearly LET THE EVIL HAG KNOW THAT I WOULD CLEARLY BE POSTING A REVIEW REGARDING THE ILL TREATMENT I RECEIVED AND LETTING HER KNOW THAT DR. WILMORE'S REPUTATION WAS BEING TARNISHED FIRST AND FOREMOST BECAUSE OF HER LACK OF DECENCY AND BASIC COURTESY! \r \r ATTENTION DR. WILMORE!\r Dr. Wilmore, I want to let you know that you have on your staff one of the most rotten, vicious, ugly HAGS in the place of your scheduler/receptionist and that you should seriously consider dismissing her FORTHWITH. She not only is a dishonor to your practice, but clearly not a happy or healthy person! I am confident that she will continue to offend patients and members of the public who intersect with your practice! more

I visited there 2 months ago. Dr. M. Wilmore is very knowledgeable and experienced dentist. He is very amazing and completely know how to treat with a patient. He made me feel so comfortable during entire treatment. Staff is also very friendly. This is the "best" dentist I have EVER been too. From the moment i was greeted by Christi - prepared for my dental work by Sandra - until Dr. Wilmore actually did her magic - I felt very comfortable,. It has been awhile since I have been to the dentist. I decided to look for someone new and chose Dr. Wilmore. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. The office is very relaxing and peaceful. Dr. Wilmore and her staff were very friendly and very informative. You can tell they care about you and your health. I am definitely not going to wait so long next time for my checkups. more

I have never been educated about my dental health as I was here. The assistant was very informative and she let me know exactly what she was doing and why. Dr. Wilmore was simply amazing, and definitely gained my lifelong trust. It's clearly obvious she loves taking care of people. After the very thorough exam, she simply took the time to just talk and listen to my concerns. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful with explaining the insurance process with me. If you're looking for a caring and competent dentist, look no further. I will definitely refer my family and friends to this practice. more

It only took a few minutes for me to realize that Dr. Wilmore would be my dentist for life. She keeps you very informed as to what she's doing and what you need to do to keep your teeth healthy, and is very friendly and personable. The last dentist I saw was rude and had recommended I have some crowns put in, but Dr. Wilmore saw no need for that at the time. She even suspected I was having discomfort from another crown without me even telling her, which she quickly resolved without charging me. I recently went in for a cleaning which went better than any cleaning I've ever had. During a previous appointment she gave me the most painless and efficient filling I have ever had done. I'm not one to ever rave about doctors, but I just can't help telling people how great she and her staff is. Maybe I should keep her a secret! more

This review is long overdue and definitely necessary. I've been a patient of Dr. Wilmore for about 2 years and have become very close with her. Just the other day, I was in her office for my routine cleaning and surprisingly had to wait for about fifteen minutes. I had grown accustomed to just walking in and going straight back without waiting. That's just how it is there and I have definitely become spoiled. On this particular day, I witnessed something special that really touched my heart. While waiting, I saw her two assistants' come out to the waiting area, each pushing a wheelchair with mentally and physically handicapped children. I could not believe my eyes. Once I made it back to see Dr. Wilmore, I couldn't help but ask her about what I had just witnessed. She simply stated, "they're people too, and it is my responsibility and honor to provide them with the proper oral healthcare and hygiene they need and deserve". Before scheduling my appointment with Dr. Wilmore, I researched many different offices looking for a quality dentist. I feel that quality is much better than quick and cheap, therefore I wanted to find a doctor that would give me the attention that I wanted and answer all of my questions. Dr. Wilmore and her staff took the time and clearly explained all procedures that they were performing on me and also what she diagnosed to be done. They have a great software program that also aides them in explaining treatment. After my appointment I had no pain and my teeth felt so clean. I would highly reccomend this office to my friends and family and anyone else looking for a quality dentist. more

I recently moved to this area and I went to this dentist for a "free" teeth cleaning that was 100% covered by my previous dentist. Apparently after the fact they decided to send me a $200 bill on top of what my insurance had already paid. Ridiculous. If you like overpriced dentists this is the one. more

It is not often that I see a business provide exceptional service, but I have in every instance with every staff member in your office. From the moment I walked in as a new patient with a broken tooth in my hand, I have been treated beyond any expectations. I was overly impressed with my first visit to Dr. Wilmore. Was a bit skeptical with all the positive reviews, but I definitely have to agree. Feel I owe Dr. Wilmore a huge Thank You! I woke up Sunday morning with an excruciating toothache on a tooth that I had recently had crowned from our family dentist. To my surprise, this Dr. was unreachable and obviously not interested in helping relieve my pain. I called several dentists in my area and Dr. Wilmore is the only one who returned my call! I explained what was happening and she called me in a prescription for some pain medication immediately so I would not be suffering. She told me she could see me first thing in the morning and opened her office up specifically to help me on Memorial Day! To me, that is dedication! I will definitely be switching to her for all my dental care. She was amazingly caring and a very sweet person... BTW, the office is really nice too, but she is incredible! I no longer fear the dentist - I never thought that would be possible! Dr. Wilmore and her staff are a Class Act. When you walk in you don't feel like you are in a dental office- the decor and feel is spectacular. I tell EVERYONE about my great experiences, even my husband agrees.
