In the above comment, the upset customer failed to tell that she herself treated this garment at home, when she could not remove the stain and the water mark she left behind, brought it in for dry cleaning and expecting it to look brand new, when she did the damage! more

RUDE Service. Clothes comes back worse! Should be called ""Dry Dirty""! 6/13/2008

I am absolutely appaulled by my last three experiences at this cleaners. Most recently, I came in with a gorgeous St. John white twin set. I clearly explained that there was a small marinara stain on the cardigan. The teenage girl at the desk said ""no problem, we'll take care of it"". I picked it up 1 week later only to find that tiny speck of red marinara had turned into a HUGE STAIN all down the front. COMPLETELY RUINED.\r The owner was not only unapologetic but was so rude! Even told me to go to a different cleaner because I use coupons when I come in the store.\r Maybe she shouldn't distribute them if she doesn't want people to use them. \r \r I have never!!\r more
