We actually go here quite a bit. It is off the strip, close to home, and casual. The lobster bisque and spinach salad are really top notch and they serve a pretty decent corn bread. Now, I am originally from the midwest and there is NO PLACE in Vegas to get good, real, BBQ. Not Lucilles, not Memphis, not anyplace that comes highly regarded as ""the best bbq in Vegas"" stands up to what BBQ is supposed to be, period. I wish everyone would just give it up, it ain't happenin'. Billy-Bobs is just a real comfortable and fun place to go. Good service and good food, I definately recommend the BBQ Brisket. Billy -Bobs is just a steak house, not trying to be anything else. But honestly it is pretty decent. We have fun there.
Pros: easy to get in and out, yummy brisket
Cons: like the rest, not an authentic BBQ house
