I've lived at Willowbrooke for 2 years. Although thrilled with the location and aesthetics, I must make prospective renters aware of the unprofessional office staff. The turnover rate in the office is unbelievable. Back in 2005, there were two women who did nothing but gossip, paint their nails and treat people as if no-one was as important as what they were talking about. Rude, rude, rude. I've seen the newest leasing agent be horribly unprofessional with residents and staff, alike. She acts as if she is Queen Bee, and we all must bow to her almighty presence. God forbid you need to ask about the weight room, register a guest, pick up an air filter or arrive 2 minutes before opening...you might as well forget it! While my main complaint has always been the leasing agent/agents, the Manager seems to be invisible. I cannot begin to count the number of times in the last year that she has been gone to a doctor's appointment, helping her kid with a project, etc. I understand everyone is entitled to appointments and occasional days off, but I'd have to say she is definitely off more than she is working. When she is there, she is primping to look good for her boyfriend, worrying about a broken nail, griping about expenses, etc. All in all, just about the most unprofessional office staff I have ever witnessed anywhere, not just in apartment offices.
Pros: Location, location, location! Nice landscaping
Cons: Rude, unprofessional office staff, occasional noise from shopping center parking lot maintenance
