ever since Willowbrook was bought out in June 2013, the place as become an expensive mess. Management will not answer your concerns, there are strange people and vehicles on the property and management will not check them out. There are mice in the garages. They increased all rent by $100/mth. The place has become dirty and dangerous. If I could afford to move I would. Do not move here.. more

Great place to live 2/4/2011

I have lived here for 4 years. Anytime I have had a problem, they are over the same day fixing it. The owner makes sure there is no riffraff around. They also have security at night. Parking is a little sparse for visitors, but for the size of the apartments and the price, I say it's great. The owner has also worked with me when I lost my job, all it takes is communication with her. more

Do not rent at these apts!!! 10/9/2010

These apartments are a nightmare!! They are dirty when you move in, parking is awful, all the owner cares about is getting her paycheck, she could care less about her tenants or if they have problems or concerns! Its worth it to you to keep looking and find a different apt. I would never recommend this apt to anyone!!! more
