I lived in this apartment for 3 and half years. People are nice until you live there and once you moved out, you would be treated very badly. The worst management I have ever seen. As lot of people commented earlier about the management I had a very bad experience with them when I moved out. Ridiculous charges they claim and the rude manager and staff. After residing in the apartment for 3+ years, they charge for paint, carpet, kitchen counter top etc. They rip you of even with the utilities bill. What kind of a person would try to rip one's money like this? Third rated people would do this. I would sincerely recommend not to live there and if you happened to live please move out. more

I got my apartment cleaned professionally for over $350 and they still swallowed my deposit. I'm gathering people in the same boat to file a class action suit.\r \r Please let me know if you're interested.\r \r @Lolo ... are you still in the process? more

CAUTION: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, We stayed here for three years and finally moving out, the management is so rude and unethical, they are crooks, i am finally filling a case against them, those who want to join can join me, I have all the necessary documents with me (pictures, copies of inspection etc.), Already hired a lawyer and he is preparing the case because they are not giving me my security deposit. more

If not for our inertia of moving out with a family, we would have moved out of this apartment complex a long ago. The management is absolutely careless about listening to any complaints and acting on them. At the same time, they are always eager to raise the rent at the first available opportunity. \r The location is really nice and so is the layout but it's really a pity to see the property deteriorating day by day and it's surprising how uninterested is the management in caring for the property and the tenants.\r There have been countless occasions to get frustrated with the management and every time we have thought this is the last time we are dealing with it. Unfortunately, we continued hoping that the situation will improve and we stayed put. Now we are thinking the limit has been reached and we are getting out at the next available opportunity. more

Thieves shattered my car (2 cars) window panel and stole my audio system. I have heard at least 3 more neighbors complain of the same. Management does not seem to care. The place is not gated and not well lit in many areas of the complex. Safe heaven for car thieves to carry their work. Good luck with your cars if you plan to move in!!! more
