I have lived at Willow Creek III for eight years now. It is a peaceful place to call home with some lovely green space and flowering trees in the spring. The Board is always working to make things better and my neighbors are friendly and work to create a sense of community. I'm so glad that I found Willow Creek. Does it have problems? What place doesn't. The challenge of finding buyers who will live in the complex as opposed to investors who don't, is always a challenge. Because investors are off campus, for the most part, they don't put much of a priority on creating a home. And, finding good renters... who have good friends....... well.... don't get me started. The fact remains, that every complex will have this challenge. Overall, this is a good place to call home!!
Pros: South Tulsa neighborhood, near great shopping, lots of trees, easy access, green space
Cons: Low dues so capital improvements are slow to happen
