Willow Creek Community Church

They have the most amazing children ministry called "The Promise Land" where your kids not only learn about God but also have fun with their volunteers and play with their friend. We are willing to drive 45 minutes without traffic each way just because we know our kids get the best care and early knowledge about God. I like it here because they are a non denomination church, where you are not being forced to do certain thing yet you know they are doing the best they could to entice you to God. more

Are you looking for a church home? Look no further. You will never find a church that is so intent on reaching people where they are. They offer so many services, there is bound to be one that fits your schedule. There are so many opportunities for ministry and service that you have to try to not find a place to volunteer. It is unlike any other church I have attended. Until we moved to Naperville, we would have never thought of attending anywhere else and we are now considering driving the distance each week just so we can return home. more

This church is simply amazing. You feel like you're in a mall or something the moment you walk in the door. With escalators, food courts, book stores, and more... its easy to get lost. The services are always entertaining and helpful but it seems easy for them to get lost in "show biz" mode and not focus enough on God. Very big Church, so big they need to shuttle their "customers" from the parking lot to the front door. more

Willow Creek Community Church is a non-denominational church with three weekend and one weekday service. They just recently added a 7,000+ seat auditorium to accomodate attenders. Don't let the size scare you away. You can get involved in small groups where you get to know people on a more personal basis. There are also many volunteer opportunites throughout the churches many ministries. They have excellent childcare at the weekend services called Promiseland where the children have an opportunity to play with peers their age and learn about the Bible in an age appropriate way. The teaching pastors are very inviting and the music and drama are entertaining. Many times I forget I am even at church because I get so lost in the music and message and because no one is preaching at me. Willow Creek is a church that welcomes everyone with open arms. more
