The management here is awful! They take in the consideration of those owners who sin on the board and complain and keep an eye on the property however when it comes to homeowners who have issues real issues about things such as roofing conditions, decks, and outside conditions not only do they state they will have someone contact you and appear to be helpful, but then no phone call, until you badger them to death about it. It is amazing however to see the people who complain and are on the board get things done right away and over stupid stuff. Seriously if you want anything done you have to go over the ladies in the office and straight to the man guy. If i had known i would be dealing with property managers and giving away my association fee to crooks who ""claim they are doing what they should be doing and making cuts here to stretch the money"" I would have bought a house and done the work myself, because the way the property is taken care of is a joke. more

this is the worst experience i have had with a management company. lynn schubbe, the property manager is the most unhelpful, uneducated about roofing terminology and ungrateful woman i have ever encountered in a business situation. i hope that i can get her fired. she is only concerned about herself and doesn't spend any time helping the customers (residents) of bloomfield club I. i never received a copy of the rule,regs,covenants or amendments 14 years ago. we have paid our assessments on time and she is ungrateful about that. she ruins any positive reflection you may try to feel for the company,lynn, give up. you're a horrible property manager. more
