The law firm now known as Williamson, Dean, Williamson & Sojka, L.L.P. was founded in 1980 by Dan Dean and Richard Brown. Their partnership grew in 1984 with the addition of Andy Williamson, a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and Drew Williamson, a former law clerk to the Honorable S. Gerald Arnold, N.C. Court of Appeals. Nick Sojka joined the firm in 1993 after six years in practice with a large Charlotte law firm with offices and clients throughout North and South Carolina.
