I would totally use this company again. Was very impressed with the workmanship. The workers were so pleasant and did a wonderful job on the replacement of my hot water heater. They were in and out in no time, they were respectful of my home and property. EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES! I cant wait to call them again on my next job. They did great. more

After my hot water heater leak, I got good advice and suggestions from both the plumbing expert, and the renovation team. Since I had to make decisions in a hurry, it was great to hear pros, cons, and options, then get the work done so I could get back in my condo. They also helped by talking with the insurance adjuster using years of experience that I didn’t have. more

I have been very happy with Williams and Fogg Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical Company. I initially found them on Service Master and they had competitive prices compared to other companies I looked at. \r I have used Williams and Fogg a couple of times now for heating/air as well as plumbing work at my mother-in-law’s house. They have done installation as well as maintenance. \r Everything turned out perfectly – they were prompt and did very good work. they know how to stop a leak. I would recommend them.\r more

I needed multiple services addressed and Doug from Williams & Fogg provided excellent service. His work was fast, professional, and excellent. He repaired the gas flex line, installed a new garbage disposal and new water heater. The administration provided by Bonnie was excellent too. I would not hesitate to use Williams & Fogg as a result of my experience with both Doug and Bonnie. Thanks for a great job! more

I want to thank you and your customer service electrician, H. Wilson, for the quick response and excellent service in the recent dryer plug problem. While moving the dryer we plug the plug too far and the sparked and we lost power to the dryer. Once your electrician arrived he had checked the plug and made some checks, we were working again. Thanks for the clear communications and the service to resolve everything quickly. more

I’m writing to tell you about my experience I had with your company today. I submitted an inquiry online looking to get a compressor installed. A short time later I was called by one of your technicians, Lawrence. Lawrence was very caring and empathetic when he talked to me. I was very upset because I felt that the previous person had took advantage of me. I was dealing with an independent contractor since April and have paid him nearly $600.00 and he still left me with a problem that he was unable/unwilling to repair the work. Lawrence made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be able to help me. Before the end of the work day, Lawrence came out and had my air running within a matter of minutes and I didn’t even need a new compressor! He’s very compassionate about his work, I could tell by the way he listened and explained everything to me. I’m so grateful to your company for having a person like Lawrence as part of your team. Thanks to him, I will recommend everyone I know to your company. Kudos Lawrence! Have a blessed day. more

My home owners warranty contacted Williams & Fogg to come for a service visit. I spoke with dispatcher who sent a technician to my home. The tech was very pleasant, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my ac unit. It was determined it was my compressor, Mark came back out to install the new compressor but he was sent the wrong part. After finally receiving the right one, he determined another problem but was able to get my AC working. I can’t say enough kind words to the staff for being understanding and patient with me and treating me as a valued customer. I would definitely refer this company to anyone in need of these services. more

Honest and fair 2/21/2012

When they first got here, they recognized that someone (another company) had been here before them. The technician from the other company had said that the problem was with the electricity, not the AC unit. However, Williams and Fogg looked at it and said it was definitely a problem with the unit. I would definitely use Williams and Fogg again. I felt that they were honest and fair and did a thorough job. more

Nice Job 2/14/2012

Albert came to my house to assess our heat pump. It was determined one of our units needed to me replaced. Albert worked with our warranty company to secure the new pump and additional parts. He installed it in a timely manner with Chris. I was impressed that Albert communicated clearly with me about where we were at in the process and when he would be arriving at my home. He and Chris worked efficiently. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and showed pride in their work. They were also very nice to my hyper dog. I would definitely hire both Albert and Chris again and would also recommend them to a friend! more
