Williams, Meservy & Lothspeich, LLP , is the latest edition of a law practice established by Frank M. Rettig in Jerome, Idaho in 1935. Eugene D. Fredericksen and Robert E. Williams were both partners of the firm for several decades. Mr. Fredericksen retired in 2004 and Mr. Williams became of counsel in 2017. The current partners of the firm, James C. Meservy, John B. Lothspeich, Brian J. Williams, and Theodore R. Larsen have many decades of collective experience with the firm. Kimberly L. Williams is the firm's associate attorney.
