I tried to make a appointment for a urgent matter and they said they could see me in 2 weeks! Also Dr. Asselin is very moody and mean.

Dr. Dupont 3/23/2010

I was a patient there for 14 years and was also dismissed as I could not make an appointment due to medical reasons. I tried to explain the circumstances and he would not hear even hear of it. I then went on that I would get a doctor's medical note and that still was not good enough. An absolute horrible way to treat a patient of that many years with good patient history. more

Great for eye exams 10/28/2005

Dr. Dupont is very friendly, personable, and attentive. He worked with me to get me into contacts that worked well and would not dry out my eyes. This was a bit difficult, and he did a lot to help me try things, and even avoid numerous check-ups in order to not have to charge me as much. I really appreciated his attentiveness to my eye care. more

Good for eye problems 10/28/2005

Dr. Williams would be a good person to see for eye problems. I saw him once for a routine eye exam, and it seemed a little rushed and impersonal. Based on our discussion and the questions I had, I think he would be better in treating eye problems versus routine maintenance. Therefore, I would recommend him for any problems you may have. For routine eye exams, you may want to see an optometrist. They tend to be more attentive to things like being exact on the correction you need than opthamologists anyway. more

Quality care 10/28/2005

The care here is good. They have several doctors in their practice. It don't remember ever having to wait too long to get an appointment. The assistant who helped me more than once was a little awkward. She did lots of little tests, but didn't tell me what she was doing much. Not unfriendly, just not too personable. Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They checked with my insurance and did all billing through them for both the appointments and my contact ordering. more
