When they first got here, they recognized that someone (another company) had been here before them. The technician from the other company had said that the problem was with the electricity, not the AC unit. However, Williams and Fogg looked at it and said it was definitely a problem with the unit. I would definitely use Williams and Fogg again. I felt that they were honest and fair and did a thorough job. more

Nice Job 2/14/2012

Albert came to my house to assess our heat pump. It was determined one of our units needed to me replaced. Albert worked with our warranty company to secure the new pump and additional parts. He installed it in a timely manner with Chris. I was impressed that Albert communicated clearly with me about where we were at in the process and when he would be arriving at my home. He and Chris worked efficiently. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and showed pride in their work. They were also very nice to my hyper dog. I would definitely hire both Albert and Chris again and would also recommend them to a friend! more

Outstanding 1/20/2012

Williams & Fogg is outstanding. They help us anytime our furnace/air conditioning goes out no matter what time of the day or night we need them. We have referred them to all our friends and family, one of whom is in the process of installing a second air conditioning unit. I strongly recommend taking out the service plan. Every one of their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. more

Exceptional Service 1/17/2012

I called Williams & Fogg plumbing on Saturday morning when all the sinks on my main floor had backed up. They were out later than afternoon, spent the 1-2 hours fixing my sinks and charged me a pretty reasonable rate. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. Plus, they have emergency service which is good to know since my plumbing problems always seem to happen on the weekends! more

Really great work for a really good value 11/15/2011

Williams and Fogg has really nice and hard working service men. I haven't used them a lot but when I have they have always done a really good job for a really good price. They did not take up a lot of time and made sure they cleaned up after themselves.I was very impressed. more

Highly Recommend! 10/18/2011

We recently bought a real fixer-upper in Richmond. The guy who owned the house before claimed to be a handy man, but clearly was not. The plumbing through out the whole house was a mess. A friend told us about Williams and Fogg after I was complaining about the outrageous estimate another plumbing company gave us. We had Williams and Fogg at our house for over 12 days to repair the water heater, remodel the guest bathroom and replace faucets and fixtures all through out the house. We were only without a bathroom for 2 days. The guys who worked on the house couldn't have been nicer and were all very hard workers. Looks like a brand new house! more

A friend of mine recommended William Fogg Heating and Air to me. The serviceman who installed our new toiled did a great job. He was fast and friendly and completely cleaned up his mess. I was so impressed with his work that we had him come back to install 3 new ceiling fans, a new faucet in one of our bathrooms as well as put in new outlets throughout the house. We had to hire one guy to do both electric and plumbing work. I was very impressed! more
