I'm writing to tell you about my experience I had with your company today. I submitted an inquiry online looking to get a compressor installed. A short time later I was called by one of your technicians, Lawrence.
Lawrence was very caring and empathetic when he talked to me. I was very upset because I felt that the previous person had took advantage of me. I was dealing with an independent contractor since April and has since paid him nearly $600.00 and he still left me with a problem that he was unable/unwilling to repair to repair. Lawrence made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be able to help me. Before the end of the work day Lawrence came out and had my air running within a matter of minutes and I didn't even need a new compressor!! He's very compassionate about his work, I could tell by the way he listened and explained everything to me. I'm so grateful to your company for having a person like Lawrence as part of your team.
