William R Rose Painting

I hired this painter in the summer of 2013 to do the exterior paint on my house. He cut corners, ruined my screens because he did not cover them, got paint on my front patio, did not caulk or hammer in siding that had settled. Took several weeks and had constant excuses for not showing up. Did not replace my wood rot- tried to use some epoxy fill even though his contract states he would replace. When asked to repair and finish the job he refused. Then for the last year and a half now has harassed me, my family, my neighbors and made threats to sue if I left bad reviews for him. He also contacted my employers and harassed them to try to get me fired for leaving him a bad review. I am going tomorrow to file a protective order against him. This is very frightening and disturbing being that I am a single mother with young children. I am scared if his retaliation on me and my children and my pets. Beware - so not trust this disturbed individual in your home or around your children. more

I hired William Rose Painting to paint the exterior of my house last year, and William did a superb job of caulking, replacing wood trim, and painting my home. Also, he went the extra mile by painting samples of paint colors multiple times, so I could make sure I liked my color selections. This summer I hired him again to do some interior painting, and again I was very pleased with the quality of the work. My house now looks splendid both on the outside and the inside, thanks to William! I felt he was very professional in his conduct and cares about the quality of his work. more
