Very Poor Service and Conduct 3/20/2009

The following are the facts as I know them to be and my opinions. In late 2008, I filed a complaint with the “NC State Board of CPA Examiners” in Raleigh for the following reasons. Failure to provide an estimate of cost as requested. Overbilling on both my personal and corporate tax preparation. Unprofessional conduct upon bringing these matters to his attention. In fairness to Mr. Becker, he did settle the cost dispute and the Board did “not” find him guilty of any violations. A copy of our entire dispute should be available through the State Board.
