We needed a land survery due to a problem neighbor. Mr. Suiter gave us an estimate, and even with problems (the problem neighbor calling the police and it also raining) requiring...

Bill was able to complete our land survey in a little over an hour. And during a rain storm. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I've recommended him to several folks already and will definitely use him in the future. more

Very Professional! 8/30/2011

We needed a land survery due to a problem neighbor. Mr. Suiter gave us an estimate, and even with problems (the problem neighbor calling the police and it also raining) requiring him to do the work over 2 days, he charged us not a dollar more. He was professional, courteous and had the paperwork ready and finished the next day after completion of the survey. Would highly recommend William J. Suiter Land Surveying. more

  • William J Suiter Land Surveying, Inc. has been in business in Palm Bay since May of 1989 . Bill, as he is known to his friends and customers, is a sixth generation Floridian and comes from a long line of Surveyors. Bill's Great-grandfather was a Surveyor. Bill's dad, Jack Suiter, was a Surveyor in the Army during the 1950's. In 1963, Jack, along with his two brothers-in-law, started O'Brien, Suiter & O'Brien, Inc. a surveying company in Boynton Beach, Florida. Bill studied surveying by apprenticing with his father's company during the summers while in High School. Bill became a Licensed Surveyor in July 1985.
