I remember when I first moved to LA into one of the properties managed by William Holdings and the staff made me feel at home. In fact It was such a great experience that when I moved not too long ago, I moved into another one of the properties managed by them. All I know is since the day I first moved in, the property management team has grown into an awesome team of people. more

I moved into one of their buildings and am happy that they worked so quickly to get me moved in. I was in a rush to move into this beautiful apartment I fell in love with, and they made sure that I was taken care of by my time frame I had requested. It has been difficult dealing with different management companies in my past in this area, but I am happy to of found such a great place, nice and helpful staff, and GORGEOUS apt at an affordable rate. William Holdings has been very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend them. I took a chance and glad I did more

Love it! 4/13/2012

When I first moved to LA I rented from William holdings I lived in the edgemont building....... I really loved it there it was always kept immaculate..... All the the people who lived there were extremely nice...... I loved my building so much I would still be living there today if my job didn't transfer me to NYC..... I just wanted to tell William holdings thank you for going above and beyond..... if anything was broken it would get fixed in record breaking time...... I never had an issue with feeling unsafe....... As for the security deposit I got all of my money back except 80 but that was cause all the walls needed to be painted but I thought that was pretty good I mean I have never lived in an apartment that I got 100% of my deposit back and trust me I have lived in a lot of places my job transfers me to a different location every 1-2 years so I am a master when it comes to moving... I wish William holdings would buy some building out of Cali because I would love to rent from them again thank you WH for everything you guys did I would hands down rent from you again........ more

Overall, a great building 4/9/2012

I live in a 2 bedroom on 1570 Edgemont with my good friend. We moved here from Ohio, so it is a big scenery change. We live on the top floor so we have a great view of the city. We are also conveniently located right next to the pool which is awesome for us since we never had a pool in Ohio. The apartment itself has new floors, really spacious, and we have our own balcony. We are fairly new to the area but it is right down the street from Hollywood and its really close to Los Feliz if you just want to go to a cozy bar. Right next to a hospital, near grocery stores and a home depot. Overall is a great building and pretty close to everything, especially if you have a car. Plus there a lot of parking available as well as a parking lot for tenants. more

Two Thumbs Up! 4/2/2012

I have been in my building for two years and have had no problems what so ever. Well, my towel rack broke, but they had it fixed within two days. I say this is one of the good property management companies. The building is kept clean and safe. I say rent from them. My vote is two thumbs up!!! more

Super Good Decision 1/9/2012

I am SOOO Super Happy! I found an amaziing place off of curson that is managed by william holdings. They were helpful in helping me find the best location with everything I was looking for in my new apt, Upgrades, great location, and a very organized company. I spoke with the executive assistant and she was very helpful in making my transition better. Thanks Christy. more

Two Thumbs UP 12/7/2011

I live in Hollywood off Lexington i love my apartment, i love my location, and i love my neighbors. My building is very safe and clean i have never had any type of issues its funny they ask me if everything is working alright and if anything needs to be fixed, its nice to have a landlord who really care about there building its very hard to find that in LA. I tell everyone i know if there looking for an apartment to go and call the WH team. Two thumbs up for me. more

I love my apartment 10/12/2011

I love my Apartment so much.......... I don't drive because I am irresponsibly responsible I know sounds funny right but it's true but my apartment is right by the subway station so all I have to do is jump on the subway and in 5 min I am on Hollywood and highland or down town it's so easy to get around...... My place is in Korea Town I love the vibe out here it's like I am in Asia the food is amazing out here good shopping it's like it's own bubble right here in the middle of LA...... My building is very safe and very clean..... It's kinda funny I have never lived in a building where the staff asks me if everything is working and if anything needs fixed I think it's pretty cute in my old apartments it would take months and countless phone calls to get anything fixed ...... I couldn't be happier with my apartment it can be very hard out here to find a good place I am blessed I found mine I would highly recommend William holdings apartment...... more

I would urge anybody getting ready to move into a new place to not take what is on these review site very seriously. You never know who is writing the reviews. I would suggest going to the City Housing Site and looking up the address of the property that you are looking at as well as other so that you can gauge what are normal problems and what are not. \r \r Los Angeles Housing Depatment-Code Enforcement Division more

Great place! 3/25/2011

I have lived here with my partner for about a year. We're moving out because our careers are taking us to the east coast, otherwise we would plan on living here for some time. They renovated before we moved in, so our apartment felt new. 2 parking spots next to each other was pretty nice, and the 24/7 video surveillance systems made us feel uber safe. The managers will even hold on to your delivered packages. Although sometimes noise carried in the halls, there was zero noise in our apartment. Management responded to maintenance issues fairly quickly (within a day or so). We also lived facing Normandie, and the apartment is solid enough that you barely can hear the noise. Pricewise, you REALLY get what you pay for compared to similar places nearby. more

We’re very happy with our decision 3/16/2011

My girlfriend and I had to move an entire household on the day we were scheduled to move into our new apartment. William Holdings had our place ready a day early! We had an extra 24 hours to get ourselves settled in. The new hardwood floor was amazing! We spent the first 10 minutes just sitting there staring in appreciation of what they’ve done. Our move to LA started out very stressful, but dealing with this company from day one has alleviated the stress 100%. The folks in the leasing office are very understanding and accommodating. The people in the maintenance arm of the company are efficient and on top of the issues. Three days after moving in, we reported some issues with plumbing, locks, etc – all the issues were handled and resolved within 24 hours. We’re very happy with our decision to go with this company and would recommend William Holdings to anyone. more

I am a single father with 2 boys. Recently there was a pipe leak in the unit above me and in the middle of the night I heard a loud crash from where the ceiling fell into the bathtub. I called the office the next day and they sent a moving crew and set me up in another unit while they did the repair work to my apartment.  The work was completed quickly and professionally and as a bonus they sent cleaners to make my apartment look like new when I came home. Thank you Tony, Karen and everyone at William Holdings for making me feel like I have a home more

Now I called Tony at William Holdings cuz my kids broke tha air conditioner. They sent somebody down to my apartment that same day and gave me a new one. more

Very happy 3/4/2011

I have been renting from william holdings for 1.5 years now and they have been great and easy to work with. they even let me transfer to another unit closer to my job without any hassles although my lease wasnt even close to up. and they are so fast at repairing things, if not the same day they usually send their handyman the following day. I am very happy with the company they have made living here very comfotable. more

So it was 4 am when my sink broke. I called the office and someone actually answered the phone and started a conference call with a plumber. I never had any management company fix a problem that fast.  When will they start managing entertainment? more

Fantastic 2/28/2011

I recently relocated to Los Angeles and found a fantastic one bedroom apartment with William Holdings. The Leasing staff was wonderful to The apartment was recently remodeled. The wood floors look great, Im always able to get on line with the WI-Fi that is included in my rent. Its quiet, clean and the staff is very responsive and available. I would recommend William Holdings to anyone looking for an apartment. more

Very fast maintenance! 2/22/2011

Found the repair service at William Holdings very fast. Don't know what some of these people are talking about. They have a 24 hour service line for any problems and they put maintenance on the phone so they can hear the problem right away. I think they're service is very fast. more

Beautiful house 2/8/2011

Found a great room in the hills. Beautiful house. Roomates are all professionals. Quiet and charming place. Very happy. Looked around a lot before I chose this place. Staff was great. Maintenace has been good. Highly recommend William HOldings. more
