One star is as low as they will allow. I sent my wife here for a surprise because I read all of the great reviews. I scheduled her for a cut and color. They cut her hair how they wanted to and not how she asked, and they told her that they didn't have time to color her hair. Had I known that I would never have made the appointment. If you don't care about your hair or want to schedule an appointment and have them give you sub par results, then this is your place!! more

The staff was very pleasant and greeted me upon my arrival with list of refreshment choices. The atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable while I waited to see my imEdge Designer. Amanda Haines was very professional and consultative. As a first time customer she wanted to understand my needs, hair type and preferences before she started with the highlights, cut and style. The outcome was beautiful! She matched my color perfectly which as a blonde is very difficult to do. I also have very fine hair which can be a challenge to cut correctly, but the cut and style are phenomenal. Amanda listened to my requests and provided guidance as to what may work best which resulted in an excellent outcome. I would highly recommend Amanda Haines and the William Edge Salon. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. more

Very professional, yet personal atmosphere more

This is the second time I have been to see Bethany at William Edge salon. Now, about 4 or 5 of my friends all go to her! She is always so sweet and makes your visit a relaxing, wonderful experience. I loved my hair last time, and I love it again! The color looks awesome and very natural, and she is amazing at cutting. She really listens to what you want, and is very knowledgable about hair. I just wish that I could style it every day to look like it does when I walk out of William Edge salon! :) more

I LOVE Christine. I've been going to her for a few years now (at this salon and her prior Aveda salon) and have always been more than happy with her work. She is very knowledgeable and will always do a great job. She is GREAT with color and really blends them well so you never have chunks. My sister had a nightmare hair experience where her hairdresser put white zebra stripes in her dark brown hair, when she wanted it to look natural and not too blonde...she then had to get it re-colored right afterward. I sent her to Christine who did a protein and a moisturizing treatment to her hair, which already looks and feels soooo much healthier. She will go back in a few weeks when the color needs touching up and Christine has already discussed her plan of action so as not to damage my sister's hair further (while still progressively going lighter). I also had pretty damaged hair when I first went to Christine. I'm a natural blonde, but had a hairdresser before her that went a little too crazy with the bleach and my hair was a yellowy-white color. She helped bring it back to my natural shade of blonde and now my hair is sooooo much healthier and shinier. Christine is also GREAT to talk to and you can enjoy a nice glass of vino during the experience :-) more

I've been going to this salon for the last 6 years. I used to go to the first available stylist since they're all so talented. I trusted each one's opinion about how to color/cut my hair and always loved the results! Recently, though, just to make things easier I've been going to Amanda.. she's absolutely amazing! She always listens to what I want and then adds her own personal touch to make the outcome the best it can be! I've recommended this salon and every stylist here to all my friends and will continue to do so! more

Over a year ago when I still lived in Houston, I had been visiting a friend in Las Colinas with an afternoon to kill and stopped in for a trim. They did such a good job with the cut and style and left me with such a good impression that I HAD to find it again when I moved to Dallas a year later. Christine cuts my hair now and she really nailed it the first time when I told her what I had in mind--a task not so easily done. Love this place! more

Christine is really genius--no kidding! After struggling with some less than genius haircuts over the past couple of years, I left your salon with the haircut I had been wanting all along. Christine was able to take my layman's descriptions and combine that with her evaluation of my hair and get me back to a hairstyle that I LOVE. Color is wonderful too!
