William D O'halloran DPM

I have been to him many times. He saved me from unnecessary surgery twice. I had very good recovery both times. He is very knowledgeable and spends the time I need to understand what is going on and what my options are. more

Bad: office environment, bathroom facility, dr.'s poor professional demeanor, errors on my billing statements, rude billing staff and office staff. Improvements: The office to be improved from it's current outdated and filthy conditions and be cleaned, the dr to act in a more professional manor, and the entire staff needs better trained on their poor demeanors with patients, including the dr himself and billing staff. The bathroom is constantly out of order and filthy.. Other: My experience there was less than acceptable. I have never been to such a repulsive filthy office. The Dr. fitted me for orthotics and did little after that. He was very unprofessional and i waited long periods of time for my appts. His staff is no better. I have gotten multiple billing statements with HUGE errors, and the entire staff is rude and incompetent.. more

I have taken my father several times to see Dr. O'Halloran for his feet and diabetes. While the doctor is a friendly man, everything else about the place is awful. The building is old and run down, and I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness in the building. At our visits, we have waited for up to 45 minutes to see the Dr. When we finally get to see him, he spends only a few minutes with my father. My father, as well as my myself and wife, were surprised at how little he seemed to even look at my father's feet. Apparently there is only one woman who does billing for the Dr., and I have been shocked by the amount of mistakes she has made with our bills. I have had to take time from my busy schedule several times to call and sort things out with her. When speaking with her, she sounds unorganized and unaware of how the billing process works. She has also been very rude at times, for mistakes that she herself created. I would advise against ever going to this office. It has been very frustrating and disappointing. My father has found a new podiatrist that does spend time with him, and his bills are actually correct. more

Dr. O'Halloran is the best of the best. He saved my father from having his leg amputated (BK). He is friendly, funny, and incredible good. I'm extremely picky/critical of doctors and hard to please in this area. Dr. O cannot be beat! more

Dr. O'Halloran runs a one-man clinic specializing in foot and ankle care. I recently went to him to have orthodics made; my inserts fit fine and do the job but I don't think I will return to his office. The wait time for each visit was annoying - how many emergencies can a podiatrist have? more
