I bought a 2003 Honda Accord in 2005 from Willey Honda and from the get go I was told they didn't negotiate prices the only price was on the car ONE FAIR PRICE! I found the car I wanted 30,000 miles wit navigation just what I needed and the 2 sticker tags on the car were marked $17,500 so me and the salesman sat down to sign the papers and he then realized when matching the vin number to the price someone had put the wrong tag in the car and they really wanted $21,500 for the car they then wanted to change the price and were not going to sell me the car for the marked price. Not to mention I had already given them $2,000 to hold the car for me so I could get a check from my bank. So then began the tough guy routine from the used car manager Jason who then told me I would not be able to purchase this car at the sticker price because they screwed up. I then had to sit down with Ron Henson to explain what had happened and surprisingly he took the side of Jason who had lied throughout the process on things such as if the car had been painted. So I was told I could take the car as is for the $17,500 with no detailing on the car or repair to the worn and torn leather. And as for the extended warranty and not using it and receiving money back thats pretty funny in itself I never used my extended warranty and received no money back, in fact I still go their to service the car but while it was under warranty my window button would work sometimes and others wouldn't kept telling the service department about it and they told me they could duplicate it so they couldn't fix it. They looked at it 2 months before the warranty expired and told me to burn it out then they could fix it. Funny thing was I thought the warranty was a 100,000 mile warranty how they saold it to me but on the back of the card there was an expiration date that I was not aware of till I burned it out 6 months later, and they would not fix cause expiration had passed but not even close to 100,00 miles. Needless to say they suck GO TO RAND'S IN NSL!
